ENGINEERING DIVISION

 

Our ENGINEERING works manufactures robust underground station stopping devices used to prevent unauthorised access of underground vehicles in the shaft areas thus eliminating fatal accidents.  General engineering work is also undertaken for special projects, to suit exact customer requirements.

The ENGINEERING division also manufacturers steel fabricated centers used for the coiling of conveyor belting.  Large steel fabricated drums from 1m diameter to 4 meters diameter are also manufactured & used to coil conveyor belting.  The weight of the conveyor belting can weigh up to 16 Tons.

 

SHEET METAL WORKS

 
Our fully equipped Sheet Metal Workshop manufactures and supplies a wide variety of sheet metal products which include standard enclosures and any specialised fabricated product to meet the customers exact requirements.

Enclosures can be manufactured to IP54 & IP65 standards and can be supplied in Mild Steel, 3CR12, 430, 304 and 316 Stainless Steel.

Products can be powder coated to any specific colour and the Stainless Steel can be supplied in a Matt / Brush finish.

 
CNC Punching Other Services 
Computerised 16 Station CNC Punching Machine producing 400 hits per minute.  Cutting, Notching & Punching various sizes of holes, slots etc. to suit the customers requirements.

 

 Cutting, Bending & Punching of Sheet Metal in Mild Steel, Galvanised Steel & Stainless Steel.
